2027: Oyo APC speeds up reconciliation process, organises stakeholders’ summit

 

In a bid to fine tune the ongoing reconciliation efforts among its members and reposition for a desirable outing in the next general election, the All Progressives Congress APC in Oyo state as announced the decision of the leadership of the party to organise a stakeholders’ summit this Friday in Ibadan.

 

The stakeholders’ meeting, being facilitated by the Renewed Hope Ambassadors of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is coming barely two months after the Party had organised a successful leadership summit in Ibadan and which attracted the applause of many stakeholders across the state and beyond.

 

In a statement issued on Monday and made available to journalists in Ibadan by its Publicity Secretary, Olawale Sadare, Oyo APC expressed its delight at “the current situation of things in the party under the leadership of the State Chairman, Alhaji Olayide Abas, who has received tremendous support from virtually all the stakeholders to achieve a more cohesive and formidable party ahead of the 2027 polls.

 

“Among the stakeholders expected at the Friday meeting slated for 10am at the APC state secretariat in Oke-Ado, Ibadan are; Former Deputy Governors, former and serving members of the Nationa Assembly, former and serving ministers,

all former and serving appointees of the federal government, former and serving members of the Oyo State House of Assembly, former and serving

APC National and Zonal Executive Committee members, former and serving APC State Working Committee members, former First Ladies, members of the Elders Advisory Council, Zonal APC Leaders, Former SSGs, Former CoS to the Governor, Former DCoS to the Governor. Former Commissioners
