As family, friends and political associates remembered the Former Governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi who died four years ago, his legacies have been described as unprecedented.

 

Senator Buhari Abdulfatai of Oyo North stated this in a release issued and made available to journalists in the early hours of today in loving memory of the political leader.

 

In his words “My Late Leader and benefactor was a specially created leader who during his reign as the Executive Governor of Oyo State gave the state the deserved leadership that positioned it as truly the pace setter state.

 

Senator Buhari who hinted that the Late Ajimobi was a vanguard and demonstrator of peaceful coexistence and unity in diversity is being remembered as a result of his impactful governance of Oyo State.

“I thank God for his fulfilled life and the type of family he left behind. They are in deed helping to sustain all the good legacies the political leader and initiator of modern Oyo, Ajimobi left behind.” Senator Buhari declared

 

 

While identifying himself as one of the beneficiaries of Late Governor Ajimobi’s memorable gestures, Senator Buhari said “My Leader will forever be remembered for believing in excellence and using the same as bane to foster ideal human society”.

 

“I prayed Allah rewards all his good deeds with Aljannat Firdaous, forgives all his shortcomings and continually upholds the family he left behind”, Senator Buhari stated.
