The lawmaker representing Oyo North Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator AbdulFatai Omotayo Buhari PhD has congratulated all Muslims around the globe on this year occasion of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
This was made known in Ogbomoso, the country home of the Senator and released to journalists.
According to the Fifth (5th) ranked best Senator in Nigeria, As we mark the birthday celebration of the noble Prophet Muhammed today, I implore all and sundry to reflect on the times and life of the prophet so as to emulate the virtues and peaceful living which he practiced and enjoined mankind.
“The Holy prophet lived an exemplary lifestyle and was a unique being and epitome of good characters who propagated Islam as a religion through good deeds and admirable behavior. He was kind and just to both Muslims and non Muslims during his lifestyle.
“Lessons can be learnt for us a nation from the love and tolerance the prophet practiced in unifying the different tribes of Arabia. We can have a peaceful coexistence and prosperous nation irrespective of our faiths and tribes as demonstrated by the holy Prophet many years ago through love and tolerance for one another.
“I wish every Muslim faithful a joyous Maolud Nabiyy celebration and pray that Allah continue to showing his mercies on the soul of the prophet. Amen, the lawmaker enthused.
