Our attention has been drawn to a scandalous, sinical, uncanny and frivolous statement from a supposed political and community leader, and a former Chief of staffs to late Governor Otunba Alao-Akala, Dr. Saka Balogun.
Saka Balogun in a statement uttered during a meeting with PDP chieftains in Ogbomoso described Late Alao-Akala a ‘fraud’ which should not be immortalized,
“Ordinarily, we wouldn’t have responded to this irresponsible statement from a supposed leader, but it’s very imperative to set the record straight as a student of history, apart from the fact that, Late Alao-Akala brought Dr. Saka Balogun from political exile, Balogun is one of the biggest beneficiary of of Alao-Akala in all strata of life” says the group public relations officer, Mr Jimoh.
It’s also on record that, Dr. Saka Balogun has never been a Pro-Ogbomoso politician, this, is unconnected to his dastardical act, during his days as the PLO to late Sheu Shagari,
Dr. Balogun was told to construct the then, Ogbomoso-Osogbo road, but, to our surprise, Balogun because of his “Side chick” from Osogbo ordered the contractor to start from Osogbo, instead of Ogbomoso as it supposed to be, he obviously sold Ogbomoso for a pot of porridge, Sigh!….
Alao-Akala’s achievements and impactful hands speaks for him till tomorrow. Saka Balogun should also point to his.
“We cannot allow Ogbomoso to be disorganised like his family, where older wife’s children has no access to his house, because of the younger wife”
Alao-Akala has left an indelible imprint, and legacy worthy of emulation, and, we won’t allow somebody with no political clout to bastardize his hard-earned legacy.
Olamijuwonlo has come to stay and he’s the next Rep that’ll represent the good people of Ogbomoso North, South and Oriire federal constituency and no vituperation will stop the moving train. The group concluded.
