After distributing Seventy Five (75) 500KVA transformers worth close to a billion naira to some communities in Oyo North Senatorial District in June 2022, Distinguished Senator Dr AbdulFatai Omotayo Buhari has again facilitated,the employment of sixty-five constituents across Oyo North Senatorial District into the Nigeria Police in the just concluded 2021/2022 police recruitment exercise,premiumnewsnig.com reports.
The lawmaker has also approved the payment of the sum of Ten Thousand Naira (10,000) to each beneficiary, totalling Six Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (#650,000:00), as support to them in their six months compulsory training programme.
According to the All Progressives Congress (APC) Standard bearer in the 2023 Oyo North Senatorial Election,
“I am very happy and hereby congratulate our successful candidates in the just concluded Police recruitment exercise after passing the final exams, screening and medical. I urge you to be good ambassadors of Oyo North like your predecessors who just passed out early this month.I wish you well”.
The successful underlisted candidates have been credited with ten thousand naira each and are to resume at Police Training School (PTS), Ibadan between July 23rd and July 30th, 2022 for their training exercise.
Senator Fatai Buhari will continue to bring more dividends of democracy to the good people of his constituents.
