Akala’s Death: Hon.Ajao, mourns, says it’s a personal loss.
Honourable Captain Ajao Jacob Adejumo, the lawmaker representing Ogbomoso North, South and Oriire Federal Constituency in the Lower Chamber, has joined millions of well wishers to mourn the demise of the former Governor of the Oyo State, His Excellency, Otunba Dr Christopher Adebayo Alao Akala, The Bobagunwa of Ogbomosoland, whose sudden death occured in the early hours of Wednesday 12th January, 2022 at the age of Seventy One (71), at his Opadoyin residence in Ogbomoso.
In the statement released by Hon.Ajao through his media office and made available to the press, Captain Ajao described the death as a personal loss.
“Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala’s death is a great loss to Ogbomoso, Oyo state, most especially to me personally, as I’m still undergoing mentorship from him” the statement read.
Hon.Ajao, described the Ex Governor Adebayo Alao Akala, as a trailblazer who touched the nooks and crannies of the State with infrastructural development during his time as the executive governor of the Pace Setter State.
Hon.Ajao, wished the Family, Akala Political Dynasty, Ogbomoso, Oyo State and Nigeria prayed for the repose of his ‘Oyato’ generous soul and the fortitude to bear this very huge loss.
