The All Progressive Congress APC in Ogbomoso North Local Government on Tuesday 29th March, 2022 lost two party loyalists, premiumnewsnig.com reports.
This was contained in a press release signed by the Party chairman, Alhaji Raimi Aremu Agunyanmonle and Hon Tunji Alabi, Secretary.
It reads thus;

DEATH OF AFOLABI TUNDE(ALUTA) AND SABITU ALAWAYE
The All Progressives Congress (APC), Ogbomoso North Local Government, with broken heart but gratitude to God Almighty, wishes to announce, with rude shock, the passing away of two (2) of her loyal and very dedicated members which occurred on Tuesday 29th March, 2023, at their prime ages.
The death of the two lovely, workaholic, dedicated and sincere friends is no doubt a huge loss to the APC in our domain and the state, at large.
The APC, Ogbomoso North Local Government Chapter, hereby, condole with party faithful, friends, well wishers and the family of the deceased.
While praying that God will put an end to these said incidence, we pray that God will grant the families the grace to bear these irreparable loss.
May the Good God grant them comfort resting places. Amen

According to an eye witness,the duo were on a motorcycle belonging to Sabitu Alawaye around Caretaker area when the unfortunate incident occured.
The rider,Sabitu, overtook a trailer truck at a very close range but slipped on diesel fuel in the middle of the road. Their closeness could not prevent the coming truck from manoeuvring, thus ran on them.
While Sabitu ALAWAYE was buried in Tuesday according to Islamite rite, his jolly friend, Mr Tunde Afolabi was burned in Wednesday 30th March at bus Ikose residence.
