Construction of Agolabi-Okerete Abandoned Road : Olokerete Of Okerete, Chief Bashir Adekunle Areo Describes Senator Fatai Buhari As A Rare Politician
Senator Fatai Buhari has been described as a rare politician of the moment with his selfless, responsive and unprecedented ways of representation by the Olokerete Of Okerete in Saki, Chief Bashir Adekunle Areo.
The highly reverend monarch stated this while Engineer Tunde Popoola paid homage to his palace to intimate him of the 2.26km Agolabi-Okerete abandoned road which has been facilitated by Senator Fatai Buhari and that work will commence on the said road by next week.
According to Engineer Tunde Popoola, who represented Bidaville Construction Company, ‘ our company has been committed to do initial 2.26km on the Agolabi-Okerete road commencing by next week. Specifications of the work will further be looked into by representatives of Federal Ministry of Works and the lawmaker,Semiu Azeez reports 
who facilitated the project so that necessary areas on how to get the best work done will be looked into.
Engr. Popoola further pledged that standard work with necessary provisions that will make the project stand the test of time will be amonously agreed upon by the three parties.
He therefore enjoined Olokerete of Okerete and the good people in the community to pray fervently for Senator Buhari who has committed his life to serving people of Oyo North, Oyo State and Nigeria in general genuinely.
In his reaction, Olokerete, Chief Bashir commended the gesture from Senator Buhari whom he identified as a rare politician of them moment.
He explained that the road had been abandoned for decades despite its socio-economic importance to the people of Saki.
Chief Bashir said the entire people of Okerete appreciated the good news from Senator Buhari while praying that he shall continue to wax stronger and better.
He, however, charged Bidaville Construction Company to give the road the deserved standard so that the mission of the facilitator which was to explore the economic potentials of Okerete can be achieved.
Alhaji Ololade Bello, who represented the lawmaker said, ” the lawmaker facilitated the rehabilitation of the road bit by bit while hoping that the road will surely be completed in no distant time.
He assured the people of Saki that the contractor will surely do the best of work on the road as he charged them to monitor the work very closely.
Prince Ololade concluded by thanking the good people of Oyo North senatorial district and Oyo State at large for their unflinching supports while pledging that Senator Fatai Buhari will not relent at putting smiles on the faces of his people.
