The management of Crown Football Club of Ogbomoso, have officially engaged the services of Coach Anthony Echo as Head Coach, ahead of the 2021/2022 Nigeria National Football League (NNL) season, premiumnewsnig.com reports.
The Forty Five (45) year old Cameroonian tactician, who resigned from Bukola Saraki Football Club of Ilorin on mutual consent, has been unveiled by the Oyo State Ministry Of Youth and Sports headed by Asiwaju Seun Fakorede, the Honourable Commissioner at his office in Ibadan, today Wednesday 17th November, 2021.
He is to replace Oladunni Oyekale, whose contract expired last season with the Ajilete Warriors and was not renewed.
The new Head Coach is expected to take the club from her muddy state to where it is supposed to be, with the necessary supports from all stakeholders and good people of Ogbomoso in particular and Oyo State at large.
Among those who joined the Honourable Commissioner For Youth and Sports, Asiwaju Seun Fakorede, to grace the unveiling are the Chairman of the Oyo State Sports Council, Hon Gbenga Adewusi, The Permanent Secretary of the Youth and Sports Ministry, Pastor Funmi Oyadeyi, Director of Administration, Mrs Olubisi Adegoke, the Secretary to the Oyo State Football Association, Kehinde Ojelowo.
