Senator Buhari Dissociates Self From Fraudulent SMS/Whatsapp Messages
– Alerts constituents on messages emanated from criminals.

The senator representing Oyo North Senatorial District and candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the 2023 general elections for the same seat, Dr. Buhari Abdulfatai has dissociated himself from a purported SMS and WhatsApp messages sent to some of his constituents by some unscrupulous elements.
The lawmaker disclosed that he had been informed of wicked efforts of some unscrupulous elements who purportedly sent SMS and WhatsApp messages to some of his constituents allegedly demanding for their CVs on behalf of Senator Buhari with a pledge to give them jobs.
Senator Buhari charged the general public to discard the information while warning them never to respond to the message so that they would not be duped by these criminals.
He warned initiators of the criminal act to desist before they will be handled by security agencies to face the consequencies of their illicit acts.
“My people in Oyo North especially the job seekers should not send any curriculum vitae to anybody as I have not instructed anybody to do that on my my behalf”, Senator Buhari said.
Quoting the contents of the message allegedly sent by the owner of 08140399814 mobile phone number that read “… please send me your CV to my w line now, ministry of education oyo state, under (Hon Buhari Abdulfatai)”, the Legislator admonished constituents to disregard the message and never to bother themselves responding to him.
