EASTER : Senator Buhari Felicitates With Christians, Implores Them To Reflect On The Reasons For The Season

Distinguished Senator Abdulfatai Omotayo Buhari PhD has felicitated with Christians on the occasion of Easter Celebration and implored then to reflect on the reasons for the season in their daily activities.

The Chairman, Senate Committee on Land Transport made this known in his release which was made available to the media through his media office, Premium News.Ng reports

In his words,”in the spirit of celebrating Easter, I congratulate every christian around the globe on the commemoration of the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus.

The occasion is a moment to reflect on the ultimate sacrifice made by the Lord Jesus who paid the supreme price for the salvation of mankind. His death, crucification and resurrection were full of lessons for mankind on how God love us so dearly.

I therefore enjoin everyone to use the occasion to show love and empathy to one another, and pray unto God to continually shower his peace, blessings and prosperity on our nation.
