Excitement As Hon Ajao Resumes Grading Of Undrivable
Roads

The beneficiaries of the ongoing grading of undrivable roads, an initiative of Honourable Captain Ajao Jacob Adejumo representing Ogbomoso North South Oriire Federal Constituency in the lower chamber, could not hide their joy as they troop out in hundreds to appreciate the uncommon and unprecedented gestures of the lawmaker, premiumnewsnig.com reports.

The main focus of this initiative of the legislator, Hon.Captain Ajao, is to ensure that roads within his constitiency are , at least, motorable. These, he does annually long before he was elected to represent his constituents, Honourable Abiola Oyadiran, the Chief Of Staff to the lawmaker told our reporter.

On Thursday, 10th of February, 2022 certain roads in Hammah area received the attention of the Deputy Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Navy Honourable Ajao Jacob Adejumo, and grading has commenced on those roads.

One of the residents in the area, Mr Femi Ajiboye said, ” this is a great initiative and we so happy for this. Pending the time when the routes will be tarred, the grading of these roads will provide succor to all of us plying these routes.

Mrs Oladayo Ruth, in her own words said, ” the roads have been in bad shape for a very long time and all our efforts to get help have been fruitless until the intervention of Hon. Captain Ajao.

When contacted on the phone, Captain Ajao said, ” I have been doing this for a while even before I came on board as a legislator , free of charge. I owe the grader, I fuel it and pay the workers. The conditions of some roads are pathetic and I think with this initiative, these identified roads will receive the needed attention until something permanent are done”

” I, therefore, urge all communities who need their roads graded for accessibility to contact my office at
Captain Ajao Jacob Adejumo, constituency office, beside Orioke Baptist Church, Ojatutun, Ogbomoso, to submit their letters at no cost”, Captain Ajao said.
