Distinguished Senator Dr AbdulFatai Omotayo Buhari, representing Oyo North Senatorial District and Chairman, Senate Committee On Aviation and Aerospace Development today Tuesday 17th October,2023 received in his office the Honourable Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo (SAN).
The working visit of the Honourable Minister to the Chairman, Senate Committee On Aviation And Aerospace Development was to see how the existing relationship between the legislative and executive arms of government could be strengthened for effective and efficient delivering of dividends of democracy to the Nigerian populace.
The visit afforded them the opportunity to discuss some best international practices in the sector and the other agencies in the ministry.
The Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development has the following agencies ; the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, the Nigerian Meteorological Agency and the recently created Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau.
