Hon Captain Ajao Lightens Apiti, Donates Solar Street Lights To Communities.
The people of Apiti Community, who could not hide their joy, danced out massively to appreciate the gesture of getting a new 500KVA transformer donated to the community by Honourable Ajao Jacob Adejumo, the lawmaker representing Ogbomoso North/South/Oriire Federal Constituency in the Lower Chamber.
The icing on the cake was the immediate commencement of installation of the facility to ensure the good people of Apiti celebrate this festive period in a unique way.
Reverend S O Olajíde, the Presiding Pastor of Apiti Community in Oriire local government spoke on behalf of the community.
“We are glad to God for answering our prayers. We are happy we will celebrate this season with light and our neighbours like Jagun Oya and others. God is good. We have been in darkness for a very long time. We blessed God for Captain Ajao. The Lord will lighten all the dark areas of his life. We thank God for giving us His Excellency, Otunba Dr Christopher Adebayo Alao Akala, who opened up the area for electricity while in office as the executive governor of Oyo State.
