Senator Buhari Doles Out #34.5m To 550 Constituents In Oyo North Senatorial District
Distinguished Senator Dr AbdulFatai Omotayo Buhari has doled out a total of N34.5M to 550 constituents in the ongoing series of trainings in Oyo North Senatorial District.
The first training session in Saki recorded 200 beneficiaries and all these participants got a cash gift of #50,000:00 aside certificate and other benefits.
In the second training in Iseyin on ICT and Digital Skills Acquisition, 100 participants were in attendance. The participants at the end of the training got a tablet phone worth #100,000:00, working tools box and token of #20,000,making a total of #120,000:00 par each of the 100 participants.
In Parapo Hall,Apake in Ogbomoso where the third training was held on Agriculture Value Chain For Rural Farmers,the 100 constituents who attended the training went home with #50,000:00 each aside other packages.
This came up on Monday 21st November to Friday 25th November, 2022.
The fourth and fifth series of these training was simultaneously held in Igboho between Monday 28th November to Friday 2nd December, 2022.
100 women were trained at the NUT House, Oke Afin in Igboho while another 50 constituents were trained at the Bayo Ojerinde Hall, also in Oke Afin in Ogboho, Oorelope local government area of the state. These make 150 beneficiaries in all within these five days.
These 150 beneficiaries also got #50,000:00 at the end of the training.
Cumulatively, the total number of participants stands at 550 with a total sum of N34,500,000 spent as start up capital for the good people of Oyo north senatorial district.
Aside these start up capital totalling a whooping sum of #34,500:00 for these 550 beneficiaries, trainees got certain packages, depending on your field of training, for these five days. Such as;
