The death of a patriot of Oke Ogun and generally acknowledged youth leader in Iseyin, Hon. Kola Bello has been described as a scar that cannot be healed in the hearts of people of Oyo North Senatorial District.
Senator Buhari Abdulfatai stated this in his condolences to the family of late vanguard of equity and justice for Oke Ogun, Hon. Bello which was made available to journalists in the early hours of today, Premium news.ng gathered.
“The news of death of Kola was the worst of the news I heard in my entire life going by his unique ways of doing things. He’s too committed to the growth and development of his people particularly the youths in Oke Ogun,” Senator Buhari lamented.
According to the legislator, Hon. Bello’s roles in the political, economy and social developments of Oke Ogun remain outstanding because he was an organized, bold and committed young man whose priority was seeing a developed zone and people that can accelerate better livings for all and sundry.
“He was one of those some of us were looking onto as the hopes of Oyo North. He sacrificed a lot for our party, All Progressives Party but so unfortunately he could not live to enjoy the fruits of his labour,” the lawmaker disclosed.
Senator Buhari prayed for the soul of Hon. Bello to rest in peace while he added that God should give his aged mother, wife, children, siblings, people of Iseyin and Oke Ogun at large fortitude to bear the great loss.
