New Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport Second Runway : Senator Buhari,Festus Keyamo Receive Site, Begins Construction 

The lawmaker representing Oyo North Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Dr AbdulFatai Omotayo Buhari joined the Honourable Minister Festus Keyamo SAN yesterday 19th October, 2023 to receive the new site for the construction of Second Runway for Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport.

The formal handover which was done by Jiwa Community in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to the Federal Government after compensation has been paid officially kick-started the construction of the Second Runway.

The opening up of the new runway will no doubt enhance the efficiency of the Aviation sector for the betterment of stakeholders and the Nigerian people.

The new leaderships in the legislative and executive arms of government are expected to work in unison to block leakages in the sector and bring in new innovations that will project the Nigerian Aviation Sector for international recognition.
