New Year Message: Senator Buhari Appreciates Oyo North For The Trust Repose In Him, Promises To Facilitate More Dividends Of Democracy To The District.

Distinguished Senator Dr AbdulFatai Omotayo Buhari, representing Oyo North Senatorial District in the Upper Chamber has commended the good people of his constituency for the trust reposed in him , promises to facilitate more dividends of democracy to the zone.

In his new year message made available to premiumnewsnig.com through his Media Office, the lawmaker preached peace and unity as the only way through which the nation can grow and develop.

His message read thus;

My good people of Oyo North,

I welcome you all to the year 2022. We all have reasons to be thankful to God over the just concluded 2021. The year though had been a challenging one, not only for Nigeria as a country, but the whole world. I hereby congratulate us for the successful ending of the year and the commencement of the year 2022.

In the just concluded year, I had held the trust you reposed on me in good faith to the best of my ability. From the core function of legislation where I have prioritized masses’ oriented laws for all Nigerians and was adjudged the fifth best legislator to employment facilitation to scores of our constituents, provision of empowerments for hundreds, and facilitation of appreciative infrastructures to the nook and crannies of Oyo state. In all, 2021 was an eventful year as far as my representation is concerned.

Oyo North is known as a district comprised of peace loving Nigerians. I hereby charge everyone to toil the path of peace and should be aware that the only thing that can return peace and tranquility to our nation is genuine love for one another irrespective of our differences. We should all know that it is only in a united Nigeria that lies development and growth of every nook and cranny of our dear country.

As we march on the year 2022, I solemnly pledge to continue prioritizing the well beings of all in our senatorial district and never let you down. Many dividends of democracy I promise to work assiduously to facilitate to our district.

Lastly, I pray to God to spare the lives of everyone that witness the first day of the new year so that they can all see its end in sound health, abundant wealth and peace of mind. Amen.
