The Lawmaker representing Oyo North Senatorial District, Dr. Buhari Abdulfatai has condemned in totality the killings of over fifty (50) persons while worshipping their Lord at St. Francis Catholic Church, Owo in Ondo State yesterday as he charged the Federal government to bring the evil doers to book without delay.

According to the lawmaker, though the wicked act did not occur for the first time in the history of the country as it has occurred in different parts of northern Nigeria, the Owo attacks has further confirmed that no part of the country is safe any longer, our correspondence confirmed.
He however admonished the security services chiefs to improve on their intelligence gatherings so that Nigeria can be safe from being a den of terrorists.
Senator Buhari further enjoined Nigerians to be security conscious especially in public places so that evil doers can be exposed and arrested before they carry out their illicit and wicked acts of wasting lives of Innocent Nigerians.
He also advised the Governors in the South-Western Nigeria to give adequate security of lives of their citizens the utmost priority by coming together once again as a region and collectively fight banditry and terrorism that has started claiming lives of their people.
Senator Buhari condoled with families of the victims and the government of Ondo State over the sad happenings to their loved ones while he prayed onto God to put a stop to such occurrence in the country.
