Senator Buhari Distributes 300 Bags Of Fertilizers To 100 Farmers In Oyo North Senatorial District
Distinguished Senator Dr AbdulFatai Omotayo Buhari representing Oyo North Senatorial District has again distributed 300 bags of 50kg Indorama and AF &C Fertilizers to 100 farmers in Oyo North Senatorial District.
The beneficiaries who were carefully selected in the 13 local governments of the district got 3 bags of 50kg fertilizers and a token as their transport fare back to their various destinations at the High School Residence of Senator Buhari on Saturday 18th November, 2023, premiumnewsnig.com exclusively reports.
While addressing the beneficiaries, Hon Adedeji Abiodun Adeyemo charged the beneficiaries to make use of the fertilizers to improve their farming activities.
” Senator Buhari will keep doing his best to ensuring that Oyo North constituents enjoy more dividends of democracy. The era where empowerment items were sold have gone because you are all farmers based on our investigation. I beg of you to use the fertilizers so that farm produce can be of abundance . We pray that God will continue to brighten his ways.
Hon Oladimeji Atanda, Azuzu, the former Commissioner of Works in Oyo State and a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Iseyin, appreciated Senator Buhari for always representing Oyo North Senatorial District responsibly and responsively.
” How many Senator are doing what Senator Buhari is doing at the moment ? Within 2 weeks Senator Buhari trained and empowered 100 Oyo North constituents in Saki, trained 150 and 50 in Iseyin and Ogbomoso respectively. He gave #50,000 each to all the 300 beneficiaries (#15,000,000:00). Today he is giving out 300 50kg bags of Indorama and AF & C
fertilizers and a token to 100 farmers. These fertilizers cost not less than #20,000 to #25,000 each. You can imagine the total cost and how much he has spent so far for the 400 people so far trained and empowered. So the best way to appreciate him is to be of support to him whenever situation demands. Putting the fertilizers in good use will mean multiple yields on farm produce which will go a long way to reduce hunger in the land.
