SENATOR BUHARI FELICITATES NEW OYO APC EXECUTIVE LED BY CHIEF ALAKE ADEYEMO
The Senator representing Oyo North Senatorial District and leading Aspirant for Governorship ticket under the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC, Dr. Buhari Omotayo Ishola Abdulfatai has congratulated the new set of Executive of the party led by the Former Deputy Governor of the State, Chief Moses Alake Adeyemo.
The Lawmaker expressed his heartfelt thoughts in a release issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Alhaji Semiu Azeez shortly after the party’s primary held at Liberty Stadium, Ibadan, today.
According to the release, the Lawmaker was delighted with the emergence of Chief Adeyemo as the new leader of the party in Oyo State having portrayed himself as a strong voice with passion for agitation for fairness, equity and justice all the times.
Senator Buhari assured the new executive of APC of his commitment to working with the new leadership team to ensure the continued growth and success of the party particularly in the next year’s general elections.
The legislator said “I am confident that under Chief Adeyemo’s leadership, APC will be stronger, strengthened and positioned to achieve greater victories in the coming years”.
The lawmaker extended his felicitation to other members of the new executive whom he identified as a formidable team that will take the party to the greater heights.
He however admonished the executive to work collaboratively and maintain the growing unity of APC in Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole.
