TECH SKILLS : Hon Olamijuwonlo Alao Akala Trains, Empowers Constituents
….as each participant gets brand new HP Laptop
In line with his commitment to human capital development, Information and Communication Technology(ICT) and equipping his constituents with practical tech skills, the lawmaker representing Ogbomoso North, Ogbomoso South and Oriire Federal Constituency, Hon Olamijuwonlo Ayodeji Alao Akala, organized a vocational training on Information Technology at Atobatele Hall,Oja Oba area, Ogbomoso, on Sunday 23rd February, 2025.
The release of the Chairman, House Committee on Youths In Parliament, made available to press reads thus ;
“The future belongs to those who embrace technology today.”
In line with my commitment to human capital development, ICT, and equipping my constituents with practical tech skills, I organized a vocational training on Information Technology today at Atobatele Hall,Oja oba area.
This training program, conducted in partnership with the National Board for Technology Incubation and Centerview Business Concept, provided students, women, and young people in my constituency with valuable skills needed to thrive in the field of Information Technology.
To support their journey into the tech workforce, participants received laptops, certificates of participation, and cash awards to help them kick-start their careers. I will continue to engage with them, monitor their progress, and provide necessary support as they grow in the field.
I wish them all the best in their tech careers and look forward to seeing their contributions to the growth of the tech space in Nigeria.

The carefully selected 50 Constituents were given certificate of participation and a brand new HP Laptop as well as start up capital which will be sent to the bank accounts of each beneficiary.
