The recent write up by Otunba Yomi Ojo in which he tagged the All Progressives Congress (APC) Media as fond of carrying fake and unverified news to discredit the good work of the new administration in the state is not only shallow but packaged lies to seek the attention of his ilks in the present government of Oyo State.
The many attempts by the present governments to rubbish the legacies of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, out of hatred, will further compound the woes of the experimenting PDP inexperienced government in the state.
It is not news that the said Agodi Gardens , the adjudged best relaxing centres in the city of Ibadan, one of the legacies of Late Senator Isiaq Abiola Ajimobi, the Builder Of Modern Oyo State, recently got flooded, thereby, keeping many visitors stranded and in fear.
It should be noted that constant dredging , an initiative introduced by the last administration in the state to keep the place more inviting was done periodically to control flooding but sadly this government only saw it as an annual exercise to be done under very heart attacking heavy budget.
Otunba Yomi Ojo and his likes should be well informed that had the present PDP government done the needful , as it was in the years of Late Ajimobi, that ugly and deadly incidence would have been averted at the Agodi Gardens.
Did the place get flooded last year ? Was APC still in charge as Oyo State Governor last year ?
Otunba Yomi Ojo has equally justified the many reasons why Governor Seyi Makinde tagged the media team shallow minded and immature idiots.
This simply affirms that the government is not only proactive and inexperienced but also very childish in her activities.
Akeem Olatunji, the factional Oyo State PDP Public Relations Officer, on his Facebook page also gave the flooded Agodi Gardens as the reason why GSM shifted today inauguration to
Mauwe 21. He also blamed the last administration for their present maladministration and incompetence in the state.
Aside of the fact that he strives in negativities and divided empire,
real Oyo State born indigenes will never toil with the lives of any being.
Sane minds and keen political observers in the state know that Akeem Olatunji is a serial and pathological liar with no proven integrity.
His days in Zenith Labour Party and African Democratic Party is a pointer to this as the many lies he sprawled about his present pay master still hunts him and this is one of the many reasons GSM does not take him that serious.
The PDP in the state should be grateful to the APC Media Team for being so experienced, coordinated, proactive, investigative and sane in her reportage by always being a searchlight and putting the present government on her foot towards delivering good governance, which the teeming populace are yet to feel.
