SENATOR BUHARI CELEBRATES GENERAL BRIMMO YUSUF 80TH BIRTHDAY

-Described the Ex-Lawmaker as a father of many impacts

 

Oyo State Gubernatorial Aspirant and serving Senator of Oyo North Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Buhari Abdulfatai, Ph.D has celebrated General Brimmo Yusuf, The Senator who represented the Senatorial District between 1999 and 2003 on the occasion of his glorious 80th birthday.

 

Senator Buhari in a press statement issued and made available to journalists earlier today extended his warmest felicitations to Senator Brimmo whom he identified as a distinguished elder statesman.

 

According to Senator Buhari, Senator Brimmo is not only a respected leader but also a benefactor who has inspired and mentored him throughout his journey in politics and life generally.

 

The lawmaker eulogized the remarkable contributions to national development of Senator Brimmo firstly as a General of Nigeria Army and later as a Senator of Federal Republic of Nigeria from Oyo North for his unwavering commitment to public services.

 

“The political journey of my leader, Senator Brimmo and his life of service exemplified integrity, wisdom and patriotism, making him an inspiration to the younger generations of leaders in Oyo State and beyond,” Senator Buhari said.

 

While reflecting on Senator Brimmo’s life and achievements at 80, Senator Buhari reminded of the significant impact he has had on his own life as he said “from my childhood days to now, Uncle Brimmo has been a constant source of inspiration and guidance. His leadership and mentorship have really shaped me into the person I am today and so I will forever be grateful”.

 

Senator Buhari declared that the life of Senator Brimmo is a shinning example of humility, dedication and commitment to the greater good while added that he rejoiced with his family, associates and well wishers urging them to continue celebrating a man whose life remains a beacon of hope and inspiration.

 

Senator Buhari prayed “as Senator Brimmo embarks on this new chapter of life, I pray Allah continues to grant him good health, strength and peace to enjoy the fruits of his noble service to humanity. May his years ahead be filled with joy, happiness and fulfillment.”

 

“Senator Brimmo’s story is a testament to the power of hard work, dedication and service to others. He has set a high standard for leadership and public services, and I am honoured to have had opportunity to work with him and learn from his example,” Senator Buhari said.

 

He said “on behalf of myself and the people of Oyo North, I wish Senator Brimmo a happy 80th birthday. May this milestone birthday marks the begining of many more years of service, inspiration and leadership. Amen”.
